Ann C. Robinson, Executive Director

Ann Robinson has been Executive Director of Community Capital Fund and its predecessor, Bridgeport Neighborhood Fund, for the past fifteen years.  Community Capital Fund, a CDFI created by the merger of Bridgeport Neighborhood Fund and Grow Bridgeport Fund,   makes loans for housing and economic development to benefit low and moderate-income individuals. 

Ms. Robinson has almost 20 years of experience as a housing advocate, attorney, fundraiser and lender.  Prior to joining Bridgeport Neighborhood Fund, she was Executive Director of Bridgeport Neighborhood Housing and Commercial Services. 
She is the past Chairperson of the Park City Brownfields Partnership and has lectured on the community involvement component of brownfields redevelopment.  

Ms. Robinson received a law degree from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College.  She sits on the Board of Mutual Housing Association of Southwestern Connecticut and is Vice-President and Secretary of the Connecticut CDFI Alliance.
