CommCap has supported some of the largest and newest developments in Downtown Bridgeport. Working with a variety of programs and directly with business owners and developers, CommCap has provided over $4.5 million in capital in the Downtown area since 2005. In doing so we have assisted:

• the development of over 125 units of rental housing
• the rehabilitation of over 60,000 square feet of commercial space
• the establishment of a variety of new retail & restaurants
