Jennifer R. Tharp has been the Executive Director of the Community for over 20 years. She has 25 years of experience as a housing advocate, fundraiser, attorney, and lender. Prior to joining our Community, she was Executive Director of Oakleaf Commercial Services.
She is the past Chairperson of the Park City Greenfield Partnership and lectures on the community involvement component of Greenfield redevelopment.
Ms. Tharp received a law degree from University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts from Middlebury College. She sits on the Board of National Low Income Housing Coalition and is Vice-President and Secretary of the Community Development Financial Institutions.
