Kathleen C. Brooks joined CommCap as Business Development Officer in February 2011. She has over 15 years of experience in the economic and community development field including the management of affordable housing and small business recruitment and retention programs, and neighborhood redevelopment and land use planning.
Kathleen is a founding member and president of the LSE Network. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles, and earned a 30 credit Residential Design certificate from California Institute of the Arts.
